The best idea I have seen yet for printing onto fabric with your home printer! Gail at My Repurposed Life uses full page labels with the fabric. Check out her tutorial on how you can do it too here or via her button below.

Shirred dress tutorial

I love Threadbanger.

They have this great video tutorial that is a good example of why. You can make your own shirred dress very quickly (or slowly if you prefer). If you can sew a straight line, you can make this dress. HONESTLY.



They call it a summer dress, but you could modify the straps (or leave them as they are) and wear over a turtleneck with a cardigan in the cooler months.

I'm planning on making a few of these over the next few weeks. I'll let you know how mine turn out!
